As a Property Photographer I visit a huge range of property. It can be a simple, derelict auction property or it can be an exclusive property in a unique location. Yesterday it was the latter –
This newly built property is stunning. It is set in rural Leicestershire, close to the M1 with excellent links. However, it’s biggest selling point is that it is on the border of the beautiful Bradgate Park.
Bradgate Park is famous for a monument called Old John.
This Folly or Prospect Tower was built in 1784 by the 5th Earl of Stamford and stands on Bradgate’s tallest hill, one of Leicestershire’s highest points, 690 feet above sea level.
This is the fantastic view from the Master Suites Bedroom –
The weather for most of yesterday was awfully windy, overcast and grey. I waited around for a break in the cloud, having looked at the weather for late afternoon – I was rewarded with brief sunshine so managed to get the shots. However, I did want to grab a dusk shot, but with the wind it was just not possible to set the camera up with a long exposure and expect a clear image. I will be returning shortly to complete.
