This year we have been blessed with the amount of sun, light and dry weather that has continued to stay around until now. Although, I think we were due it, what with such a poor start to the year!
To coincide with the good weather, the Housing Market has been very positive in the past few months and looks to continue in to the new year.
I have neglected my blog for weeks at a time due to the increase in work. It has been a very positive year to date – I work with a handful of fantastic Estate Agents who allow me access in to some truly wonderful property. The marketing of some Estate Agents still leaves a little to be desired, but thankfully their are some forward thinking agents who value the time and effort it takes to photograph a property.
I managed to catch the last of the best weather last week and wow, what another fantastic view! This property sits on the edge of the Hambleton peninsula, a Village 3 miles from Oakham.

Now, with a band of wet weather looking to stay for a week or so (and have you read the reports of the snow we are due this winter!?), I hope to reflect back on the properties I have visited this summer and see how I can improve for next year and what further services I can bring – including the recent edition of Elevated Photography shots!
